A friendly workshop based in the historic Portland Works building.
I make an effort to source tools from local manufacturers or second hand where possible, and purchase my tonewood from ecologically responsible suppliers.
Useful Information:
My workshop is easily accessible via public transport, bike and car. Please find more information on arriving at the workshop below.

On the corner of Randall/Hill street, there is a main 'cart' entrance to the building. Walk into the archway, you'll see postboxes on your right, and a noticeboard with violin shaped-signage to direct you up to the first floor where my workshop is.
If you have any issues finding the workshop, call or text 07927 920 391 and I will come down and meet you.
The workshop is on the 1st floor, if you are unable to use stairs due to access needs, please let me know in advance and I will contact you to make alternative arrangements for meeting. -
There is a limited amount of free parking on Randall Street.
There's plenty of on-street pay and display bays available on the surrounding roads. The 10 hour max stay bays on Hill Street allow 20 minutes of free parking, which is sufficient for an appointment. Simply press the big green button once on the pay and display machine to get your free ticket.

I’m often asked whether it’s ok to bring a baby/toddler/child along: yes! Your children are very welcome to visit with you.
